PROCUREMENT OF THREE LOW SPEED WEIGHT IN MOTION (LS-WIM) SETS

BACKGROUND

1.  The Aus4Transport Program is a facility granted by the Government of Australia via the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to the Government of Vietnam via the Ministry of Transport (MOT) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of three (3) Low Speed-Weigh in Motion (LS-WIM) sets.

2.   The Aus4Transport Program Managing Contractor – DT Global Australia Pty Ltd now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of three (3) LS-WIM sets and associated equipment provided to PMU2 for delivery and handing over to Yen Bai, Lao Cai, and Lai Chau provinces, including a 12-month warranty and the provision of adequate training for the end users. The expected delivery period is within twelve (12) weeks of contract effectiveness.

3.  Bidding will be conducted through open tender to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Bidding Document.

4.  Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Aus4Transport Office, email: aus4transport@dt-global.com.

5.  The bidding document in English may be collected by interested Bidders free of charge (under electronic format) by submitting a written application to the Aus4Transport office email address aus4transport@dt-global.com .

6.  Bids must be delivered to the address below before 3pm (Hanoi time) on 11 January 2024. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security, as described in the Bidding Document.

7.  Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the following address:
